I am looking for a business with a very low start up cost. Also I need it to be interesting to me as well as practical for the average joe.
I am not looking into fancy businesses that potentially have so many things that one can get lost in just learning it.

This is something that you should look at. It's a site that launched Oct. 22, 2009 and already has Pizza Hut paying them $38 million to be the official pizza. You'll find that this is something that has potential for everyone and anyone. Hope it helps
