Yeah mate,
It's available to anyone who want's it. We have a few properties, 11 in total (my wife & I). We have a couple of them for sale and just got an offer on one, yay! There is 3 more we'd like to sell; 1 - 45 Morrison Rd Woodbridge, 6 unit site on 1012m squared with a 3 bed house on it selling for $660-680K.
2 - 76 Tukey St Mandurah (Central, 300m to the water), potential 6 unit site on 1052m sq with 2 bed house on it selling for only $650K. This is owned by my 2 bro's & I.
3 - 131 Churcher Rd Baldivis 14 Acres! With nice 4x2, AC, pool. I have an optionto buy it in April next year for $2M, I just need to onsell it to save my $50K deposit.
