Initial Participant Requirements

1. A unique Business Entity name.

2. A unique Business Entity EIN/ENTITY or foreign entity (C-Corp, LLC, LP, Trust, Foundation, etc.).

a. No SSN's are accepted.

3. A unique Business Entity street address.

a. No PO Boxes are accepted
b. Must match State Filing & Bank Account

How It Works

Regardless of how much commission is earned by your account, the maximum amount you can earn for each EIN/Entity is $5,000 per income stream. The remainder goes to the By Special Invitation Only consultant. This means you get to keep 50% of the commissions earned in a month, up to a maximum of $5,000 per EIN/Entity per income stream.

AGAIN: Of course If you have you own product or service that will be the focus of the niche site you will of course make all the income from that income stream as we are not involved with that.
This is why many people setup multiple EIN/Entities.

Additional EIN/Entities require another $5,000 investment.

Example: Your EIN/Entity account earns $15,000 in one month from just one income stream. You would keep $5,000, and $10,000 would be wired to the consultant. The same goes for each additional income stream.

If you have two EIN/Entities, the maximum your EIN/Entities can earn is $10,000 per month per income stream. If each account earns $10,000.You would keep 50% of the $10,000, or $5,000 per EIN/Entity per income stream.

If your a account earns $8,000 in a month, you would keep $4,000, or 50% of the total.

Step-by-Step: (Note: steps 1-4 is less than 1 hour’s work over about 30 days)

1. EIN/ENTITY Holder attends first online webinar (the consultant takes remote control of the clients’ computer “the client is you”) for consultant to setup clients’ Google account on EIN/ENTITY Holder's computer.

2. EIN/ENTITY Holder attends second online webinar 24 to 48 hours later with the consultant after the Google account is approved by Google. Consultant will retrieve the EIN/ENTITY Holder's Google publisher number via EIN/ENTITY Holder's computer in order to be able to publish ads on the website that consultant provides for the EIN/ENTITY Holder for the purpose of generating the ad revenue. The provided website will be family-oriented. The provided website will most likely have nothing to do with your current business or current businesses website unless otherwise requested.

3. EIN/ENTITY Holder attends third online webinar 48 to 72 hours later with the consultant, so that the consultant can determine whether or not the website ads have generated at least the $10 in revenue required before the EIN/ENTITY Holder's business bank account information and phone number can be verified. When the $10 minimum is confirmed, the consultant will be able to enter the EIN/ENTITY Holder's business bank account information and EIN/ENTITY Holder will be able to verify the EIN/ENTITY phone number.

4. EIN/ENTITY Holder attends fourth online webinar with consultant after EIN/ENTITY Holder receives a postcard from Google containing a PIN that needs to be entered into the online Google account to verify the EIN/ENTITY Holder's address. Before this fourth webinar The EIN/ENTITY Holder will also need to check the EIN/Entities bank account to confirm a very small deposit in the EIN/ENTITY Holder's business bank account. The deposit amount will be entered into the online Google account for verification of that bank account.

5. At the end of the first month and after the EIN/ENTITY Holder's Google-enhanced website generates at least $100, Google will direct deposit the earnings into the EIN/ENTITY Holder's entity business bank account in the following month.

6. Once the EIN/ENTITY Holder receives the direct deposit into the bank account, the EIN/ENTITY Holder has 72 hours to make a bank wire transfer to the AdSense Account Manager for the consultant's fee.

7. EIN/ENTITY Holder must make special arrangements prior to the direct deposit with the consultant if the EIN/ENTITY Holder will not be available to make the 72 hour cutoff.

8. When consultant fees exceed $10,000.00 in a particular month, EIN/ENTITY Holder agrees to follow "seasoning" guidelines outlined below

Banking & Accounting Procedures

To "season" a bank account's wiring limit over time is considered good banking practice. Banks like stability and want to know their customers regular bank wire transfer needs so they can meet those needs without any unnecessary delays. Working within your bank's unofficial guidelines is considered courteous.

After "seasoning" your bank account's wiring limit by making stable increases in the daily wire transfer amounts, you may even be able to get a signed "authorization letter" from the bank's manager that proves to other bank staff that you are authorized to wire transfer large amounts of money without any "holds" placed for review.

Our wire transfer seasoning increments are as follows:
• Months 1-3: up to $5,000.00 daily
• Months 4-6: up to $10,000.00 daily
• Months 7-9: up to $15,000.00 daily
• Months 10-12: up to $20,000.00 daily

After one year, ask your bank's manager for a signed "authorization letter" stating your bank account's daily wire transfer limit. It's an efficient tool to have in your financial tool box.
