Anyone have any questions or advice on the topic of outsourcing?

Many of us know the importance of outsourcing but sometimes it is hard to get started with outsourcing when you are first getting started online and not knowing who you can outsource it to unless you already know who has a good work ethic and someone you can trust who will do a good job for you.

Please share your tips, advice and even questions you have on the subject of outsourcing. I am interviewing Jeff Mills next Tuesday, October 21st at 8:00 pm CST. Jeff is the host of the Midwest Super Conference and has attended other conferences speaking on Outsourcing and has a free report called the Outsource Compendium.

I want to be sure to have some good questions to ask him during the Q&A session and get answer peoples questions.
