I've quickly scanned the articles and have one question right now but I'm sure I'll have plenty after careful reading. I don't understand, what does this mean? "Get your hand on a load of PLR content for your niche."

At first glance, it looks like I have a lot of work to do. I am doing some of the things that are listed but there are many more that I will get to work on.

Here are the 5 words I would like the SEO experts to focus on: depression, bipolar, anxiety, relationships, and family.

PLR - Private Label Rights: You are allowed to put your name on the product and resell it. Often you can actually claim copyright, but sometimes the original copyright has to remain. Most private label rights products also allow you to modify the actual product -- in the case of an ebook, you'll usually receive a Word DOC file that can be altered and turned back into a PDF ebook. With a software product, you'll get the actual source code with which you (or a programmer you hire) can make changes. (This is probably not a good fit for you, so I would not worry about it)

Optimization of site:

1) Write daily blogs. You can still write your week in review journal, but I would advise writing blogs around the many topics related to depression and bipolar. Support groups, suicide, drugs, finding a psychiatrist, relationships, etc.

I was in a serious relationship with a girl who was bipolar, and both of us were on a non-stop mission to obtain knowledge on how to make things better. You could easily add a weekly series on famous people across history who were bipolar.

2) Review the keywords in the analysis spreadsheet and identify the ones that you want your site to rank high for. Write a great article on your top three words. Use the keyword string in your title.

3) Buy a couple of sponsored reviews each month with sites that have similar mental health content to have direct text links to the 3 main keyword strings that you are trying to rank high on.

Here are a couple of sites to consider buying a targetting review from. This will hlep you in two ways. One will be the text links for google and the other will be getting direct targetted traffic from the site.

I hear you sister!!! I'm just not sure where to start with the on site optimisation. I have a few intros for my articles and I think I'm getting penalized by google because it looks like duplicate content.

Also would love to know how to get a blog going or contribute to one related to business sales.

Any suggestion from the pros?

I have been working with one of the worlds top Fortune 1000 social media as well as SEO people for the last six months. We work with larger corporations and it typically is at least $1000 a month to get going outside of the 30 day program to analyze what your business needs are in the $5K range (which at present is a special price).

With that said, recently for smaller home based business people I have found a company that started in the US a couple of months ago, is backed by a great management team and has an excellent sales book for continued and vast revenue growth.
