Anyone Have a Web Site in Office Live Small Biz?

I'm trying to get a website going there. I only need to know How to insert a Layout or Template. I think I can do the rest. Any tips TRULY...appreciated.

Free is good, but free doesn't always have all the bells and whistles. I have found a great resource tool. http://solutionsforofficelive.com
