Hi Bonnie,

Two popular sites for selling domain names are:

Go Daddy: http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/dna/landing.asp?ci=8998

and

Sedo.com: http://www.sedo.com/services/s_selldomain.php3?tracked=&partner...

As for selling them to an individual, I'd suggest a proactive approach where you contact individual members of Sta.rtUp.biz. You should target the members through going to the Members tab and entering key words in the Search box. For example, entering "shoes" pulled up the following members: http://sta.rtup.biz/profiles/members/?q=shoes. Entering the key word "pet" pulled up the following: http://sta.rtup.biz/profiles/members/?q=pet. You could do the same with "car" or "vehicle", or anything else you can think of that might pull up members interested in your domain names.

Also, don't forget the Web section of the Marketplace!

Hi,
I went to the Sedo site and it's free. There is one thing I am not too sure of since I am new to this. With this---Please keep the commission fee in mind when pricing your domains! Am I being charged if someone buys my domain say about $10 000? I went to Go Daddy and wasn't sure about them since I didn't understand how it works little while ago.

Simple -> if you generate sufficient traffic, place ads or banners on your own site. That will be the # 1 place to sell your site. Any investor will first look at your product or service, then go and look at your traffic and page views. (which is public and easily found out)

I don't banners for these sites. I have to pay $150 US for each which I cannot afford. Thanks.
