If you are a general contractor in the Seattle, WA or surrounding areas, we would like to speak with you. We have bought a 100 year old home that needs rennovations. There is rehab financing, and we would like to get a bid. The house is the old style stucco, and we need someone who can work on this and give us a bid. We are doing some of the little things ourselves. So, if you'd like to give a bid, great, we'll happily send off blueprints, explain what we want done, and sometime over the next few weeks let you in the home to give us a bid on cost.
