Does Obama make the future brighter for your business and the world?

Now that the new president elect is making himself comfortable in the White House, we would like to know how small business owners feel about the future under his leadership?

Will your business flourish under him or get hurt by new taxes? Will he end up making a positive impact on the nation and the world?

This year I am expecting to make more and on the new Obama plan I will be paying higher taxes to spread the wealth to illegal immigrants who don't pay taxes. His plan gives back to 95% of adults but only about 60% of adults pay taxes.; ▶ Reply to This

And as one of them I can promise you that I'm not illeagal I'm just to disabled to work anymore becuse Doctors have screwed my health up. And Yeah I could go crawl in my bed becuse doctors hae made me worse becuse I don't work and so they think I should just crawl into a hole and wait to die but I'm not doing that.I'm trying my best to get back to a place in life as a person who comands respect becuse I'm trying to make the world a better place. I would ask that you remember in the future that your not promised anything in this world and just like me you could be working one day go into a dr appointment and 3 yrs later be looking to start over with no one willing to treat you better then a stray animal. Sorry but your comments and those like them are something I've fought night and day for 3 yrs and I thought it best to educate people en masse like this might save someone somewhere 5 minutes of fighting and give the world 5 minutes more of productivity; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Steve on November 17, 2008 at 4:17pm: It doesn't sound like you really have time to gain the whole picture of what exactly will take place.And for that matter myself or anyone for that matter probably doesn't really know either.That is good that you are doing better this year but if the whole economy doesn't improve as a whole I don't think you or anybody will do very good next year.As for the immigrants I don't quite understand how they would qualify for a tax refund if they are in fact illegal and as far as some of the legal ones that are working I don't think that the tax refund will be very significant now do you.If you really want to feel good about yourself you should consider to not listen to any of your friends oppinion about taxes etc if you don't actually feel that way about them yourself.Just consider yourself lucky that you were able to talk the bank into giving you a loan for capital to take your buisness to the current level that you have obtained this year unless of course you were doing so well that you didn't need a loan to originally get started.But either way good luck with your buisness and continued success.

They are all gaga about following the hollywood elite and the lib, being cool with their friends and they listen and follow like sheeple of course. Why don't they get that when Obama turns the market down (down 1,000 points just following election because the investors are scared off with Obama plan).

This Obama mindset and plan is even now fortelling the future and affecting the lower income people. Can you imagine giving welfare to the failing auto makers when there are wildly successful auto makers right here in America? The Democrats and Obama need to give back to the unions in turn for their votes. ha ha. Now we have a problem.

Also what about Capital Gains? Obama is naive (as Hiliary said). He better hurry up and get some help from past cabinets and Hilary and McCain before he makes further blunders.; ▶ Reply to This

2. Obama's new taxes will be good for the nation since they will be used intelligently to rebuild the infrastructure of the nation.

Profit is now the product of re-distribution and all that have been playing the, I disserve it for nothing game, will realize that someone must maintain the company, if no profit is available then why support the company just to furnish a job to someone. As far as Obama's plan go I think he is headed in the direction of FDR, and will create some big social reforms, and build up our infrastructure.

We, as people, of all races, culture. religion, etc., need to stop trying to have a "savior" in making things better. We are the ones, that can only make it better for not just ourselves, but for others.
