2) How do we get more members to participate in the forum discussions? We have some of the brightest minds in business, legal, and marketing as moderators essentially offering free consulting of what they would normal bill at $500-$1500 an hour.
Maybe a scheduled chat forum where members could ask questions. Then if the members needed more information they can talk to the expert off board.
Or schedule an online radio talk and have members call in with questions.

The layout is better. I could probably navigate it faster and pick my topic of choice to comment on. Overall, there is just too much info out there and it gets confusing. Personally, I'm going to choose about 3 people to follow and call them my mentors and ignore the rest. This site can be really helpful if you focus and don't get overwhelmed by the enormity of it all.
I think it is all about the numbers. Everyone wants more traffic to their business
or site, soooo if we had a step by step plan in the forum that would give us a blueprint on how to get people to our site, who wouldn't want to participate in that? It applies to everyone. I don't mean sound bites, I mean somethings we
could leave the forum with and go back and apply to our site or business, that would keep me coming back, for sure!

It is great, COO. I like the categories - and the titles are so easy to locate. You are 100% right (and I tell new people this) the learning material offered here for free is what other "guru's or "mavens" would charge you for. I disagree with the previous post about a blue print for traffic. Yes, we all want traffic - but that traffic will come if 1) you have content that offers value, and 2) remember that you do business with people - not traffic.
