Look - if you are seeking to fund a business in Africa - then look for investment from Africa. Get out in your community - they know your market and your potential - that is where you will find the best investors. Get out and network where you live - not online.

If you are thinking about a hotel/resort - you could also partner with a major hotel/resort player that is already in that part of the world. Those are the people you need to be talking to. Those that know your market - the culture - that have some experinces there. Talk to them - if they don't invest - they know who will.

My client has sought avenues within the area and the cost of the money is much much too high, and the amount of interest in the development desired by financiers is much too much!

I have several opportunities that are in motion from seeking potential candidates online, I am certain that the universe will support the capitalization of the project, the concept is sound the development team is competent and really driven by a love of the industry and the true entrepreneurial spirit, and that will usually carry the day.

If you have any suggestions for capitalization I am all ears!!
