How to Approve a comment on my blog

You need to wait for your page to LOAD - look at the bottom left hand corner of your actual web page and it will say "DONE' when you can do that..

If the comment or comments on your page has a lot of graphics, it will take a few seconds to load....

What do I click to get the page to load? Should I be on "My page" or on the page which shows the full comment re my blog?
