Feel free to grab quotes from anywhere on the net. All you need is to copy the quote and who said it.

I personally read 3-5 quotes every 2 hours during the business day to remind myself to reach for greatness, and I look forward to turning this discussion into a section of the network that will inspire us all.

And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man."

"Integrity is meaning what you say, it's doing what you say you will do. It's being honest, but more than that, it is staying true to what you believe to be right, just, and fair. When we know who we are, integrity comes easily. We expect nothing less of ourselves." -Lissa Coffey

"Food is an important part of a balanced diet."
-Fran Lebowitz

Indeed, food is important part of a balanced diet, but not the complete diet. We are first and foremost spiritual beings having a human experience and therefore, we need spiritual sustanence. And because we are human beings (with an ego) having spiritual experiences, we need to have emotional sustanence.

Tragically, the empahsis is on food alone to maintain this magnificant creation called a human body, which is the vehicle for the soul energy to navigate the density of the earth plane. Then, more tragically, because food alone can not maintain this magnificant human body, Western Medicine with pills and knives came into being to attempt to shore up a nutritionally deprived system. The human body needs a balanced diet of emotional and spiritual sustanence and food is merely the fuel to run the system once it is in balanced condition.

"Cooking is a wonderful way in which we can express our creativity. We can improvise with herbs, experiment with color and presentation. Pam Anderson has a wonderful book that shows us how cooking can be fun and playful - and also intuitive! It's called "How to Cook Without a Book." That's the way I like to cook, by what tastes good to me. I rarely stick to any recipe!" -Lissa Coffey

"Just as we can't jump ahead on the road to a physical location, neither can we jump ahead of the present to achieve our goals. As I often remind myself, envision the future but act in the present! It's really the only way to get where you want to go."
