Need a change in your life?

Then stop piddling your pants every time something doesn't go the way you think it should.

You see when you grow courage in yourself your life will always respond for the better.

Need to start making more money from your business?

Then quit whining about how slow your business is and start finding the courage to actually do something about it.

Understand that building courage will help you take risks that you ordinarily would not take. When you build courage, you put fear behind you.

Courage is the process of admitting that you have fears, yet remain willing to find a way to defeat those fears and not allow these fears to take control of you.

It's okay to experience your fears at appropriate times. For instance, if a bus is swerving into your path, you damn well have the right to fear. There is nothing wrong with healthy fear. The problem is you have to put healthy fear in its place and unhealthy fear out of your life.

Once you do build courage, you will learn to self-direct yourself in life. You will learn to accept punishment and rewards gracefully.

To become successful and improve your life you will need to learn how to trust yourself. When you do learn to trust yourself, you'll be in a position to trust others as well. Unfortunately, we all live in a world where trust is hard to find, yet when you trust yourself, you won’t need to blame others when things go wrong.

Improving your life includes using your creative as well as your critical mind. When you can create new ideas, you are on the road to success. You have many options in this world, it takes courage to pull up resources to find those options.

Do you accept the things you cannot change? Do you accept the things you have control over? Do you accept other people regardless of how these people act? Do you accept you for who you are? Do you accept the changes that life brings your way?

Acceptance is your key to happiness. When you can learn to accept the good with the bad, you can learn how to live happier and improve your personal life.

Now cowboy it up and quit your whining already! :)

Hey Matt.... Ooooh Yeeeeah. Brilliant insight and very well put.

To put alongside your comments, perhaps, the thought that in every moment of every day each person creates his/her own reality purely by what we think, say and ultimately, what we do in response. As thought always precedes speech and action, what we choose to think is exactly our choice, and it is by what we think that the die is cast.

In your terms(almost): Think whiney, say whiney, do whiney - and ultimately GET whiney response from people and life in general. From here the vortex strengthens and spirals one into a deeper, more whiney kind of depression. NOT GOOD.

Think right and everything will come right.

Nice one Matt!

It would be nice to know your opinion on this blog post I wrote... "Are You A Leader or Just Lazy?"

Frankie...indeed I did like your blog post. That is the way I wish everyone would do blogs here at Sta.rtup.biz. Most folks just think of their blog as a place to store their sales letters! Seems like they would take the hint when they see that it doesn't produce sales for them.

Hello Matt,

The only time I felt real fear was when I started Internet Marketing. I simply attracted everything that I never wanted to do. I hated technical stuff because I'd never enjoyed before. But then I got myself into this industry and now force myself to follow instructions and work things out by myself. It has been a long and very difficut journey for me. Its not that I am perfect at it, I just have a better understanding of how things work out now.

But you know what, I did not realize before, but I do enjoy it because it is so challenging and no two days are the same. It is never boring and there are new ideas about doing different things every day.

I love it and also all the people I have met in the process.

Cheers,
Jay Rossi
