We will not only be a Parts Department but a service center and the all new Indoor ¼ mile Dyno race track that will run cars up to 1500 HP and motorcycles up to 1200HP 365 days a year rain or shine. We will also be training released State and Federal inmates in auto mechanics, chassis fabrication, paint and body, retail sales and parts counter persons for their ASE certifications. This will enable them to get higher paying jobs and return to society with a more positive goal. Rolling Thunder Racing Inc. will offer unprecedented customer satisfaction and service. Rolling Thunder Racing Inc. will become the premier destination for entry level and sportsman racers and exotic car lovers.

Rolling Thunder Racing Inc. will be located at 300 No. Hayford Rd in Airway Heights, Washington. This location being at the entrance to Spokane Raceway Park will afford us great visibility along with convenient access for traveling race teams wishing to stop at our location for parts, fuel and oils with the help of maintenance bays and dyno testing.
By locating in Airway Heights, Washington, Rolling Thunder Racing Inc. will enjoy a large built-in customer base. The skyrocketing popularity of NHRA drag racing, SCCA and NASCAR in the last 15 years has only strengthened its role as the hub for most race teams and all the related businesses they've spawned. Airway Heights has only 1 Auto Parts Store and that is NAPA which only deals with stock replacement parts. They don’t normally handle racing products.
The sport's explosion has been so boundless that a new breed of racers has spawned. The Import racer. Young adults ages 16 -35 build and compete with their Honda’s, Mitsubishi’s, Nissan’s Chevrolets etc. The study, completed in December 2006, found that in northwest, NHRA drag racing is responsible for about 4,000 jobs producing more than $700 million in expenditures annually. Figures that many in the industry consider conservative in 2008. Many of the people employed within the industry along with their children, other relatives, and friends, take up racing as a hobby.
Another benefit of the area is that it is at the entrance of the Spokane Raceway Park home to NHRA Drag Racing, NASCAR and ASA stock car Racing and INDY and SCCA Road Racing courses. The location also has 3 acres of parking area for trucks and trailers and is only 400 yards from the Northern Quest Resort Hotel and Casino, a $350 million dollar destination resort and only 8 miles outside of Spokane proper with 260 sunny days a year and a population of 463,000 people in the county.
We will initially be building 7,650 sq. ft. building housing 5 service bays the 2 Dyno race bays and our retail showroom. As needs dictate, our office and/or warehouse facilities could be expanded into an additional 2,500 sq. ft.
Plan B will allow us to have 9 Bays for service, Class rooms upstairs on left side of building and right side ground floor will have the Pro Shop and second floor will be the Café and espresso bar with an outdoor deck for relaxing in the 260 days of sunshine each year.
We will build a test launch pad for reaction times and 60ft times with a 300 ft. shut down area.
We will be sharing this facility with another business that supplies coffee, espresso and treats. Their business attracts many of the local customers. In light of this, we will meet many potential customers simply because of our association with them.
This location will consist of a classroom, showroom, Espresso Bar, and service center. All deliveries and shipments will be serviced at this location. We will also have ample parking available. The front street parking and entrance to the track road will be landscaped with an area for tables and chairs with umbrellas to be set up for the relaxation of our Espresso customers and our customers waiting for small repairs. They can watch the racers drive into the track and just enjoy the great sunshine. (260 days of Sunshine a year) and also a new 2nd location in Shelton WA. Where we can build our own Race track on leased land from the Port of Shelton only 1/2 mile from the corrections center. All of our projects are backed by the US Government and the State Corrections Center. We achieve government grant funding each year to help cover costs for the complete year.
