I understand your brilliance but all I saw was that you can do as you please as long as you pay.

That is straight forward enough and fair I just do not see how you tired to cloak it in proper marketing etiquette ??

Though it does have A Country Club mentality to it. Pay the club dues eat here often and you may do business on the course or courts while you are here.

Cool an internet country club.

One day you will be able to charge 100.000 a year for membership to your club.

God speed,

Margaret

Hi Margaret...I can see how at first glance you would feel this way. But what you don't see is the fact that our upgraded members will now be trained quite extensively on how to market themselves properly in a web 2.0 environment such as this one. So very soon spam of all sort will be eliminated from the network. We're here to protect you from unscrupulous spammers as well as scammers. Now we're even protecting you from untrained marketers!

I am glad you had a chance to spit that out to me because it needed to be heard in general.

You are doing a great job.

It is the way of the world. High price neighborhoods or events do have a way of keeping the riff raff out.

You are supplying a great service. Though I know you are smiling that you have created an online country club. Now that is pretty dam cool.

You are right even brick and mortar networking clubs should have a 5 star rating system. You are not allowed to refer business in the group until you have earned 5 stars. It is good for the group and protects the integrity of the members.

Have a great day Matt.

Is an outside link your other email address?

Reply to This

Hi Cathy...an outside link is any link that leads to another page outside of sta.rtup.biz.

Wow so can pay to add a link in our comments? That still doesn't stop spam it just stops people from clicking on a link and leaving the site. But charging to be able to do this (along with the other benefits of this site) so is genius!!! I am starting my own Ning site so I am starting to take notes! Thank you much!

Not sure what point you wanted to demonstrate by posting your video on this thread twice. But I deleted both posts as a result. By the way the overall response to the changes we have made have been applauded by the majority of the members because they now view sup.biz as a spam free one.

Also if you want to share your video with others I suggest doing so via your blog. That's what it's there for.

Then start interacting with others on the network and they will come visit your profile and your blog as a result.

I find it very interesting that I just had to ban a member for posting spam on this thread. Making money online is easy when you're collected to a network of individuals. You just need to go about doing it the right way. Posting links to indiscriminately is not the way to do that.

As I said earlier, Matt, we really need guidance on posting, and I never thought
about that before. Now if you don't take the time to read the advice and "try"
to follow, then it's the member's fault. I wonder how many of us would break the
rules if we really knew them?

He was banned for violating our anti spamming policy as detailed by this post. Furthermore I warned him that if he continued doing do so I would be forced to ban him. He persisted and I banned him. Simple as that.

If you have any other questions please let me know.
