What in the world is happening to manners, morals, and just plain old good citizenship in America? You could not have missed the videos of UNM soccer star Elizabeth Lambert tripping, punching and hairpulling her opponents in a soccer match. And you must have heard the story about the young teenager set afire. Is it the parents fault, or the media's fault?. Whose to blame for our teenage culture that so often appears on the verge of anarchy?

Hi, great message and interesting question. As a nation, we have lost all manners, respect, consideration and basic empathy for others. As a nation, IMO, I think we cater to this behavior.....there are so many factors involved. Some could be poor parenting or that parents do not have the time to spend with their children as they have to work or stressing about finances or other things. It could be the violence on television and in movies. Or, rumors and gossip written about others that seems to sell.
I am well aware of the boy set afire in Florida. Another sign of bullying/Peer Abuse. I hope the bullies spend a great deal of time in jail for this. Its not even fathomable!
I believe there are many factors involved here. This is just the tip of the iceberg if you ask me. Have a good and safe weekend.....
