our personal brand is the opinion other people get from the content they find by searching our name.
although it's mostly outside our control, we can influence it !
Personal branding is unavoidable.
As others interact with us, they'll automatically search our name usually in G!-from the content they receive they form associations and then connect us with certain labels, usually within the first minuets .
We can not avoid being labeled, and other people can't avoid labeling us.
therefor we must use the techniques we know to make sure that search engines will refer to the content of our choosing when there is a search of our name or brand
