2) Write a full page of content. Do not just post a paragraph and a link. Focus on one really great blog each day. Use formatting with bolding and italics in the right spots.

Pete Taylor also does a great job of writing about a topic that everyone can relate to even though it does not specifically have to do with his business. He also posts his signature link to his product and service in a nice professional manner at the bottom of the blog. Finally, his formatting is exceptional with perfect spacing and use of bolding to highlight each tip.

3) Promote your blog by sending a message to all of your friends and send out a round of invitations with a message about your blog being featured on the network.

Blogs with over 10 comments are almost always read. The more comments you have the more people want to read it. Letting your exisiting friends know of your new blog post is a great way to keep your connections fresh.

If your blog gets alot of comments, then it is also a great way to add value to an invitation that can lead to strong connections with new members. You will be seen as a proven expert, and they will be tuned into every blog you write.

4) Submit your blog to the major social bookmarks.

Here is a free online submitter that will submit it to all the majors in one click. You will need to set up an account with each social bookmark site to use the submitter. After that you will be able to submit all of your blogs everyday to all the majors from one place.

No chit! You got chat right. Catchy titles certainly grab attention. :)

I haven't written a blog yet. I'm sort of new to Internet ways, still studying human nature and cyberspace networking.

People seem to like to read and learn about themselves. The more you can relate to your reader's needs or interests, the more interaction you're likely to receive.

Thanks also for the formatting reminder.

You Want Your Blog To Earn Money For You,
But How Do You Do It?

Blogging looks so simple, but when you're getting started, it can be very confusing, can't it? You need expert advice, but how do you know who's for real and who's just blowing smoke?

Let me be blunt here—there's so much bad information out there, it makes me sick to my stomach!

From get-rich quick schemes that haven't worked in years to so-called "tutorials" that are inaccurate or outdated, to self-styled experts who charge too much for stale advice . . . the garbage heap of bad blogging info is huge, and man, it stinks!

To make matters worse, the increasing competition is making it harder than ever to gain a toehold in blogging unless you discover the secrets for easily, effectively, efficiently, and affordably attracting, retaining, and monetizing readers.

Sad but true—most blogs started today won't ever attract a single reader or produce one single penny. These blogs fail, and they fail in a spectacular fashion.

If You Know How To Attract Visitors The Right Way,
You Can REALLY Cash In On Your Blog!

Look, I'm going to brutally honest here . . . the days of getting rich overnight with a blog are OVER.

Google has seen to that. They don't have a market capitalization of $150 billion for nothing. They've got the brightest engineers in the business and if you try something shady with a blog, they'll give you the famous "Google slap" in a heartbeat. I've seen it over and over.

But don't give up—there's hope!

Did you know that the real blogging money has never been an overnight thing? It's true—AdSense nickels and dimes won't build your base of hungry readers and buyers. It's simple once you realize that the real money is in your RSS feeds (I like to call them my "R$$" feeds), and you need an entirely different strategy to monetize them properly.

This is some really good information that I had not even considered before. I mean, I know I need to write a blog, but I didn't consider that it would/could assist me in making money, too. I am really new to this whole marketing/home based business idea and just sitting back, watching and learning - taking it all in, so to speak.
Thanks for the information. I think I'm going to start working on writing a blog. I'll either do fine or make mistakes and learn from them. Either way, invaluable experience.
Thanks much.
