The Need for Video and Audio in Email Communications

Today communications with clients and customers are the top complains with companies, and the people who represent those companies. Are you guilty of that? In most cases we are. why? Because our day is long , the call back was unsuccessful, the email we need to write is so labor intensive. Let,s face it the lack of communications cost money. Here is one of many solutions to that problem. Break out that webcam that you brought, but never used. Get of video enable email account there are a few video email provider companies that offer that service. Start sending out video communications to your clients. It gives a personal touch, and your not just a bunch of word on a email. The tools are out there if we look. Just think we speak better than we write, and people want to see a real person. Have you ever noticed people get upset when they can not get a real person on the phone It is the same concept. One big feature of video communications is your email open rate will skyrocket, and your client, or customer will feel like your talking to them. and not just a standard email with their name placed in back of Mr. or Mrs who ever you are.
