Wow, there definitely is a lot of information here for sure. I think I have to stop spreading my site around and now start to develop my profiles and interact with the sites I've joined so far. I think one could spend 60 hours a week just keeping up with all of this networking.

That is exactly the problem. I just do not find the time to be active. updating my blogs and preparing products for sale and Queezepages for listbuilding + the followup mails fo the autoresponder takes more time than there is available in a week, even if you would work 48 hours a day.
