My name is Jim Davis, I am in search of capital to purchase equipment to prusue a business concept. I had a local individual I have known for about 30 years who funded this concept. This gentelman knew about my concept and approached me. The story goes like this. I am a retired detective of twenty years. During my career I have had the task of dealing with evidence of all types, sizes and material. I have collected, maintained, stored, presented in court and destoried. I am well versed on the rules of evidence and the importance of the chain of evidence. During the last four or five years of my career I had this idea for evidence destruction and I sent out about 100 letters to different department just to see what kind of feed back I would get. I was really suprised at the response. Unfortunately I was so busy at work that I did not have a chance to follow. I was charged with investigating child sexual and serious abuse cases. I was on call literally 24/7. Now some 6 years later, the response is even greater. I was able to put this idea to work and it worked great. I have had response from coast to coast. We are the only company in the United States to offer this service. This sounds great right. But being the only company to do anything has it's own set of problems and that is where I have trouble. The amount of capital is $30,000.00 crazy isn't.

My name is Damon I'm trying to start a plastic recycle plant with a very interesting end product. The plant will be in the Pittsburgh area. I am in need of your services, There is also a concept that I'm looking at that will allow me to seperate the plastic melt down the plastic into a two step process I will tell you more once we connect! I did'nt want to go into details right now. I'm also planning to go global with product.

I have been publishing a Fashion focussed newsletter, The K.E.Y.S. to Fashion Modeling, for the past 2 years steadily increasing subscriptions. I am seeking to expand the publication into a magazine, substancailly increasing it costs. The plan is to gain funding for equipment, reproduction machines and a working advertising staff is greatly desired. Our loan request needs be updated to reflect our current recent developments stated in my EO. Our previous scenario of sub assembly through vendoring changed dramatically as we are now finding incredible demand for our more effective/efficient wind turbines.

We need 10MM to build a 4 line manufacturing plant that will produce 400MM of gross sales annually at 80% speed. We are in danger of winning 250MW bid for our patented technology this month; another 300MW after that. (250MW = 800MM gross sales).

Synergy wind turbines are the most cost-effective units on the market with 16x more utility than existing wind technology and lower infrastructure requirements. We are effective versus efficient wind power production.

We can build our manufacturing plants anywhere in the world and structure an IPP (project ownership) for a PPA (power purchase agreement). As developers we can structure quite a bit of long term value.

Our Patented wind turbines are proven safe and reliable for over 20 rigorous years, with over 300 turbines installed in over 15 countries.

We have a special appeal to island territories and remote areas because we offer energy autonomy for substantially (50%?) less than their current energy (dirty & expensive diesel fuel generated electricity) expense. We are completing a development contract for an island nation just now.

Synergy Power Corp (SPC) is preparing an updated business plan to reflect the dramatic increase of interest in our technology and SPC is calculating an EBITDA equity valuation, both to be completed this Monday for dissemination

I am glad that we have this forum of marketing products and services. I am not sure if I qualify in this category as I am looking for investors in real estate in the Philippines. Our company, Century Properties Inc. is inviting investors to buy a condominium unit and convert it into a hassle-free management condotel business and to buyers who would like to use it for personal use.

Let me start first with the background of our country. The Philippines is an archipelago of 7,100- islands and it is located in the southeast asian region. It has one of the longest beaches in the world and has various natural wonders and scenery which is ideal for tourism businesses and real estate investment.

Perhaps you know by now that the Philippines is on the verge of a phenomenal future, with the strongest economic recovery in 20 years, a more resilient currency, improved infrastructure, bold fiscal reforms and what is probably going to be the biggest real boom in Philippine history.

In spite of the current global financial crisis I'm prepared to say that our economy is not significantly affected. An indication of this is our 2008 GDP which had a modest growth of 4.5% from 2007 GDP of 7.3%. In particular, the real estate business in the Philippines is still continuing to bloom.

This is quite different to the situation that we had in 1997 with the Asian currency crisis when practically all our economic indicators were in the down trend. Hence, by comparison we are certain that today we have a healthy economy.

Hello Theresa,

That's a nice proposal you have there, but I'm not sure if it'd work well with my own plans over here in the United Kingdom to launch a major new TV and film production studio.

Part of that plan is to promote a service of uniquely innovative environmental initiatives to solve the problems or traffic congestion and air pollution in our cities, to reduce carbon dioxide air pollution and much more.
