Sorry, I didn't watch your video, and wonder why you are asking this question. Are you really looking to learn what others think are the keys, or are you just trying to get people to your book store?
I will answer the question because I actually do think the question is a good one.
One great leader said that you can never ask of your troops what you would not be willing to do yourself.
To be a great leader, you have to lead by example. If you want your team to be on the training calls, you'd better be on it too, preferably hosting it.
Confidence in yourself and others, the ability to delegate, and to recognize other people expertise...after all, the best leader for one project may not be the best choice for another...are also very important in my opinion.
I hope that you stop by and read some of my blogs, and some of my friends' blogs as well. There is a lot of good information of this forum. Nobody likes spam though...
Maybe if you told me what the video was, who made it, how it personally affects you, and what your thoughts on the topic are, I may be more inclined to check it out.
Thank you for taking the time to come back. I look forward to reading your response to my question, and suggestions.
Beautiful video, thank you! A leader must also have a very big VISION. A leader must be able to tell his vision OFTEN through stories. A leader must never waiver from that vision.
