We all struggle in some area of our life. In order to acheive a certain goal we have set for ourselves, we need to set up a strategy in order to get to it. Along the way, though, we struggle in some areas more than others.

Having struggles is something that we all have; what we do to OVERCOME these struggles is what will make us stronger or will "kill us"/make us throw in the towel. Facing and overcoming struggles can make our character stronger, but some people give up when the challenge becomes too much.

What do you struggle with the most? I encourage you to write it down and decide right now how you will overcome these challenges. Decide what you will do and write it down; tell others about it so they can keep you accountable to this goal. Keep a journal, if necessary, to keep you focused on keeping that goal. At the end of 30 days, look back and see how you did. Reward yourself for achieving your goal. If you didn't do as well as you wanted, count how many days you DID achieve your goal and make it a goal to do better during the next 30 days. Don't be so hard on yourself..... We all fall short at times, afterall.

Write down what you struggle with in whatever area of your life.... business, fitness, health, etc.... and decide how you will overcome this challenge; what steps you will take to overcome the challenge.
