I work from home, and find it extremely important to stay on a schedule. For instance, every morning from 7 - 8:30 I work out. From 8:30 - 12, I focus on marketing... and you get the point. Does my schedule deviate? Absolutely, but the reason it does deviate is because something more important and more urgent caused it to.

Greg - That's great that you have a very specific schedule you follow each day. Of course, it can't always be rigid, since other things will come up from time to time.

I also work out of my home (when I'm not with a client or doing a workshop) and it can be challenging. Having a written list of goals helps to keep me focused.

Thanks for sharing!

Jacquie,

Clearly things come up - more often than not. However, if I set the schedule, then it gives me focus at the beginning of the day.

To answer questions 1 & 2, I used to struggle with getting things done and procrastinate. However, since I now make a list and have an accountability partner I stay focused on what needs to be done to accomplish my goals.

Yes, I review my goals regularly and have accomplished many, but not all, of them.

Be empowered to prosper!
