I will bу my pleasure to help you. I've been reading your site, and the description you provided with the technology you are working with.

I will need more details, of your company current situation. A picture of what's the company now and where you are going (which is your plan?).

Furthermore, I will like you to think about the relation of these new businesses with your current business. Find out how you can leverage your new projects with the experience, personnel, and facilities of one company to extend into a second. Which departments can they share?( accounting, IT...etc.). This will allow you to profit from synergies and save you money.

Where are these new businesses going to be located? It's better to "keep them together" as is not only easier to control, but the image of one can bring customers to the other.
