I launched the site in April 2008 because I have three kids myself, and I realized there was no website currently like this in our area. TRACKS is an acronym for Tools, Resources and Activities and for Carolina Kids, and the site consists of well over 1,780 links to local resources for kids covering 22 categories. Triangle TRACKS uses the same web platform as this network, so members are able to communicate with other parents about all of the children's resources in the area via blog posts and forum discussions. The website also features subscriptions to a free, monthly newsletter, and a calendar of events that is updated daily and also includes member-posted events. Our membership is growing. You pay a flat monthly rental that you lock in and does not increase for the duration of the contract. A Security Deposit of only $500 to $1000 is required (depending on RenU Size) when your solar system is designed and you approve it. This deposit is refunded with interest at the end of your 5 or 25year contract. (All 5 yr. Contracts will restart at the newest rental rate, which could be a significantly higher rental rate)

System performance guarantee:
Provider guarantees that the REnU will function as designed. The REnU’s annual performance will be confirmed for each REnU at the Site Visit and recorded in the Site Design Addendum. This range is expected to account for the REnU’s operation within the normal range of annual variation.

If the REnU malfunctions, or if a component of the REnU fails, causing the REnU to cease operating for a period of time, Provider will provide maintenance in accordance with Section 2.2 and Provider will extend the Term of the Agreement for the total number of days that the system was not in operation. A per diem amount will be subtracted from the rent until the system is restored. The daily amount subtracted is equal to 1/365 of Customer’s annual rent.

PV system performance declines over time. All REnUs are guaranteed to perform at their nameplate capacity (in KWp). Provider’s monitoring systems will read the REnU’s capacity on a daily basis. If throughout the year the REnU’s maximum recorded capacity is lower than the nameplate capacity, Provider will refund the Customer accordingly. In this event, the amount of Customer’s rent will also be adjusted on a going-forward basis.

In summary, you can get a solar system without any purchase cost, installation cost, permit hassles, maintenance or performance worries and without risk.
