Majority of the time, I find myself to be task oriented which means I need to concentrate more on being people oriented. If I have a job to do, i set my mind to it, and go for it no ifs, ands, or buts about it. I immediately forget everything else, and go for it.
are you this way? or do you find yourself to be more people oriented where you are more concerned with people and the way the job is being done for them?
