I started my business with Tupperware because I believe in the products and have been using them for well over 30 years. I get great deals and discounts as a consultant, and get the chance to network with many interesting people. Best and foremost, I've made a lot of new friends and I am working toward financial independence some day, which is what I work for now.

I began my Homeopathic training in 1978 after being ill and not understanding why or how to fix it.
I would go to the library and run my hands over the books and when a book was hot to my hand I took it home and read it. The book that opened the door for me was the Patient not the Cure, by the Queens Homeopath. I knew this is what I needed.
I called acupuncturists offices to find a Homeopath. There were no Homeopaths listed anywhere in the US. The forth office I called a patient knew one and I called him and went to see him that afternoon. WIthin a week my health improved and I returned to see him and soon after i began my apprenticeship. He trained me in Health and Homeopathy and his wife trained me in Macrobiotics. Then I trained in Egyptian Body Wrapping and time traveled back to Egypt to retrieve the formula for the solution as I knew that I had done this work before.

I loved the work and the training I felt so at home and in 1979 I open the first Health and Beauty business combined in North America in Santa Barbara, California.

I work for the Health of myself and my Family and to share my great experience of true Health with the rest of the World. I am working on a Homeopathic book that will be an ebook and also hard copy.
Health being our greatest wealth and we can all have it.

I started my business because I wanted to work for myself. I wanted control of my future. I was pushed into full-time entrepreneurial when I was laid off from my job.

I work for myself, my family and especially my children. I want them to know there are options other than working for someone else.

I started my business to secure family finances by offering my clients choices.

I work because I love it, I need it, and it provides a sense of well being to know that I have helped someone secure their future legacy.

Why did I start my business?
I started my business after I had to leave my full time job due to illness. I could not stand just sitting around at home and so I started testing new ideas I had. Many of which were based off of the needs of my family as well as myself. Many of my family members have very sensitive skin, so bath & body just seemed like the right thing to do.

What do you work for?
I work for me, my family, my friends and my customers. I have got a customer base right now that I could never stand to turn my back on. I have helped so many others with sensitive skin and eczema conditions that I feel I owe it to them and this business to keep going. I also love every minute of it ;)

I started my business for several reasons. First of all, I started Sandstorm to deliver a message of grace, redemption, healing and to let others know there truly is a resting place. Another reason I started was to help others realize their dreams of becoming published authors. Prior to this I was an autoworker however I walked away from it all standing on nothing but my faith know all things work together our good. Finally, I started the company to show others that dreams do come true. I want the world to know that the sky is the limit.

Why did I start my business?
I have been involved with Direct Sales since 1980 - on and off. In February, 2008 I WALKED off a job - at a Corp office of a Direct Sales/Network Marketing company. I had NO intentions of starting a business - I just need a job. However, the top producer of THAT company contacted me to tell me he was leaving the company (ethical and legal issues) and invited me to see what he was doing. Well, you can imagine I wasn't INTERESTED AT ALL. However, when I viewed his website I thought - "this is REALLY different!" So, I enrolled with the intention of just doing it on the side while I found a "JOB". After a few months, I realize I didn't need to FIND A JOB - I had my JOB and I LOVED IT. Truly LOVED IT, and I get paid for doing this job. Sometimes, things happen in life when we are not even looking!

What do you work for?
I work for my future and a legacy for generations to come. Not only am I building a legacy for my family I am helping others with their Health and also their business legacies. I see many families and lives being (and are!) transformed because of the work that we are doing.

I started my Home Based Business because I learned what a great tax benefit it was to have a Home Based Business. I'm a full time firefighter here in Los Angeles and was in a High Tax Bracket. Thanks to my tax firm for sharing the benefits with me. Now after having my Home Based Business for 10 years I've learn how to network, I've learned what residual income is and I've learned how to help people think outside the box. Why do 97% of people just trade time for money?? I want to change that one person at a time.

I work for the satisfaction of seeing how people can change their lives by starting a Home Based Business and having that Plan B that can change their lives for ever. I feel so blessed to be a firefighter and wouldn't change that in a million years but I also feel so lucky to have found an industry that is helping so many people.

Thanks
Firefighter Mike

Why did I start my business?
There is an overwhelming number of missing animals in our area and owners cannot find them alone.
Animals have always been a big part of my life; I want to help spread the word to bring them home.

The beginning actually came about from a misunderstanding. I posted an announcement for another company's service and someone requested my help. "Why not, I thought, I could do this and more..."

What do I work for?
I am able to give, helping families in something that is close to my heart, as well as have an opportunity
to provide for my family.

I started my business because I was bored to tears in the Corporate world.. I had been with the same Company for 13 years and I had reached the pinnicle of my success within the Company.

When I looked around me, I realized that there is a huge gap in the market. There are thousands of people out there who are absolutely fantastic at what they do, but that said they have no clue on the 'how to' of business. They have no idea how to run a business and make a profit. Making money is easy, anyone can do it - but making a profit, well that's another thing entirely.

So I empower people in their own businesses. I help them to put structure into their businesses and I help them to grow sustainable businesses.

What do I work for?

On a personal level, I work for my own satisfaction - I get a huge deal of it by taking someone's business that is run in an absolute state of chaos and not only turning that chaos around into order, but also empowering the business owner to run the business in a professional, orderly manner going forward. It really makes me feel good about myself when I achieve that.
