I would recommend following a number of people in biz, maybe you want to be more specific to a group, like tech twitters, marketers, health or media, check it out and have fun, contribute value and don't get too noisy, maybe I don't need to know you are drunk--but that one has been pretty funny-- or what you had for every meal.
