Hi Greg, Looked at your page as requested, what happened to the 3rd line of your heading, maybe you need smaller font or larger banner. Also balance the Tab entries (on Black) a little more. Other than that I like the background colour, the text is optimized for easy reading. The blue is a little to blue for me but that is my taste, don't let that put you of.

Hi Joseph,
Actually, you probably have, but I am always listed as MKWeb. I even run my own events at giveawayforyou.com

Hey Mark Hultgren :-)
I seen your comment concerning how you buy attention using free gifts and reports here and on your blog about building a list in which I agree.
However, I have never seen you in any of the giveaways http://www.freegiftsgiveaway.com
that cater to that exact thing.

Whats up with that?

Do you knwo something that I do not concerning this matter or avenue for list building?

Joe :-)

Well, I essentially 'BUY' their attention through free gifts and reports. I give my visitors some good reports on topics they are looking for to show them I know what I am talking about. Plus since most of my sites are blogs, they have the opportunity to add their own comments and I even include a form where they can ask me questions on some of the blogs. Start them talking by asking them to post their comments. Even if it is a review of what you are giving them for free.

Mark H., I think that's a great summary of the 4 key steps to creating a fantastic customer experience. But what's the best way to get started on step number 1, "building trust and rapport" on your website?

What do potential clients need to see on your home page that will make them stop in their tracks and say "yeah, I feel comfortable with this company. I think I'll check out the rest of their site..."

Thoughts anyone?

Thank you for the invitation,
I believe that the first part of creating that experience is building trust and rapport with your clients. Service comes in second and then the products and 'after the sale' followup.
