What is a Conscious Capitalist
A "Conscious Capitalist" is a person who understands that where they direct their time, money, attention, and intention creates the manifest world we experience as reality. Living from this knowledge they direct their energy in such a way as to bring about any number of the myriad "Good Things" in the world, without causing expense or damage to another, or environment.
Now humanity faces a critical long term situation if we don't find solutions for living prosperously in balance with our planetary ecosystem, and each other.
We embrace and include Bill Gates concept for Creative Capitalism, we add to it our specific intention to be conscious.

Nice to be a member, Last year my company made a conscious decision to close our brick and mortar office and let all our associates work from home. Being in a service industry we had this option. The reduction in office expense let us raise the base wage and compensation package to our associates, let them work from home, reducing their commute time to 10 seconds from what for some was a 1 hour commute (one way) as well as reducing our gasoline consumption. In addition we started ONLY emailing out invoices rather than mailing them thus reducing the need to additional paper
