Having been a vegetarian for about ten years myself, I feel the need to share this idea with lots of people.
It is a much healthier lifstyle for one, but also there is no need to eat animals. We will do just fine with at least becoming vegetarians and cut out all meats, fish and poultry out of our diet. Heart disease, high blood pressure and a variety of other conditions can be avoided with this lifestyle.
In fact going VEGAN is of course the ultimate!
I am almost a vegan myself. I do NOT buy cheeses, milk, eggs or any other dairy products.
