My Success Story!

My name is Liz Bondar and I am a wife, mother and Independent Business Owner. I created this group for those of us who have been successfully working from home. My story proves that anyone including mother's can successfully work from home. Most mother's at one point in time have thought about the idea of working from home. Many of us decide to run with that idea, while many of us think it is not possible. Well I am living proof, as well as many other moms that it can be done! You just have to find the right opportunity for you or create one and have the desire, determination, and dedication to be a sucess! I have been an Independent Business Owner with my company for almost 1.5 years. When I started a year ago I would have never thought that I could actually work from home in my spare time and build a residual income. Since my journey began I have obtained two promotions, have helped to promote four of my business partners to their first promotion level, and was picked by my enroller as the Rising Star on her team for 2008! However, the most important thing that has happened to me since my start was being selected for a by invitation only Leadership Training called Leaders of Tomorrow. Only 50 of the 50,000 representatives that work for our company were selected to attend an all expense paid, three day leadership training at our Corporate Headquarter's. It was the best experience I have ever had!

I am sharing this story because the main reason I was so successful was because of the training, support and opportunity that was made availble to me. I decided to take hold of that and work toward my goals without giving up. All of us mom's have what it takes to be successful and to become leaders in our industry. We just have to take our talents and put them into action and not quit before we see the blessings. I am so excited to say that I am now 1/3 away from one of the highest levels with our company and I am taking my team with me. Don't give up on your dreams to work from home! Keep searching until you find the right one for you, with the right support and training and the right opportunity! In the end you will be glad you did! I wanted to share with everyone how EXCITED I am! I recently just got my third promotion with the company I work from home for. I am now Executive Sales Director and working toward 25k in annual residual income, all from working part time from home. It is so amazing to me that a stay at home mother of 2 (ages 5 and 3) can work part time for a company and building such a strong team and and a residual income from home. I can't imgagine my life without my business and I am so thankful to have the wonderful support of my husband and my team.

You know when I started my business i was only looking to make a little extra income on the side like a couple of hundred dollars. Now, I am setting my sites much higer and making my goals much bigger! Why dream small when you can dream BIG! Life is so much fuller when you have BIG dreams and GOALs that you are working toward! It also amazing to me how much I am learning and growing as a person. I think that is probably one of the best things in this business, is that it drives you to be a better person, a better leader, a better business owner, which ulimately makes your life and family better. It is a win-win situation.

If you are working from home, I encourage you to NOT give up! Do whatever it takes to make your business works for you and if you think it may not be working then find out why. Ask questions, get answers, get training and if you are not getting those things then be sure to take a look at what you are doing maybe what you are doing is not the right opportunity. You know it took me 5 different home based business to finally found the one that works for me and provides the most opportunity to succeed. If the business you are in is not giving you that opportunity then maybe it is time to make a change and really find your Freedom At Home!

WE are growing leaps and bounds and helping so many people in the process! I am learning, growing and helping to change the lives of other people all while building my business. It is so neat to see how really working together as a TEAM has really helped my business to grow and flourish beyond what I could ask or think.

I have realized it is not about who I can sell too or who I can convice that our opportunity is the only opportunity that works, it is about who I can help and who wants to be helped. I am so overhelmed with excitement that I had to let my emotions out somewhere and what better place than to share my excitement with people who have the same mindset to build a business! If you are working your business hard and enjoying what you do that that is all that matters. Continue to stay foucused and continue to apply the 3 D's to success - Desire, Determination, and Dedication. I think about those three words everyday and don't for one minute get comfortable with my status. Continue to move forward and continue to stay positive.

As you can see so far you are the first member but I am hoping that more people will join and feel comfortable sharing their success stories with their buisness. It think hearing real sucess stories helps all of us to continue to have faith that our time and efforts will eventually pay out as long as we take things one step at a time.
