Dear Diane,
Just wanted to share the good news. The Bubba doll will be on a ship from China Nov. 4; a most memorable day. Thank you for your support and I'll keep you informed. Take care. Paris.

Richard,

Good Evening. How are you? My primary concern about your situation rests with your children. Are they aware of the dispute that is going on between you and their mother? How are they handling it? Do they feel that they are "in the middle"? Do they feel that they must choose sides? What are your children being told about you by their mother and why you no longer have a dominant presence in their lives? How is your absence affecting them from a behavioral standpoint? How is your absence affecting their academic performance and achievements? How is your absence affecting their self esteem? How are they coping? It is my hope that if you are communicating with them or will communiate with them consistently through letters, birthday cards, holiday cards, "thinking of you" cards, etc. which tell them that you love them and that you are care about them and that you are always thinking about them.

Good Evening Richard,

I have a question. Were the custody rights which you have memorialized in a Custody Agreement and signed by a Judge?

Best regards,
Diane

Hi Richard,
Just a quick question: Have to reported to the court that you have filed the original paper work with that she has not allowed you to see your Children? And I don't understand...is it your x that will not allow you to see your children and how old are they? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.

Richard,
My mother always told me to "do your part." And, that's my advice to you. Whatever you can do to get on the side of law, let your concern be heard. It is not good to be too passive when you love your children and their welfare is at stake. I am not saying to be aggressive in your effort, rather be assertive in words and actions. God gave those children to you and your ex so you have a legitimate reason to be as actively involved as possible in their lives. Eventhough it may take more time than you expect, keep on, never give up. Paris.

thanks Paris.

Hi all.

I have visitation rights, the x just does not respect them. I went to the cops in her city and pressed charges, something I normally would do in my town 20 miles away. The cops near her never saw the charges I have been pressing for 3 years and they took a copy of them all for the judge. Something might actually happen.

Thank you, Diane, for your knowledgable information and support. You are the information source that is needed, and I hope those you offer your wisdom to will appreciate what you are sharing. It has been needed too long for fathers to have someone who is willing to reach out to them. Thank you for your effort. Paris.
