The idea is good, but it will depend on the execution. There are so many scams, on the net, that believability will be an issue.

The other problem will be that of priority, as there will be more people wanting funds then willing to put them in.

I have previously joined gifting programs, they never worked.

Yes, this is a good idea. There are however several huddles to overcome of course. How to have trust of people all over the world. Would it have to wait till all the contributions get to something? Who gets it first? etc etc. I say this knowing am a serious and trusted one myself, but we are all different yet we have the same needs. Well, many thoughts are in my mind, but I will give them some time.
