Hello my name is Marcus and yes i need of this type of assistance.We are Mount Olympus Beverage Company. A New age Beverage Company with a recognizable concept tied to a mass market niche. We have Over 40 concepts to date that are ready for production, and we are looking for our seed capital to get this business up and rolling. We do have a Business plan and a detailed executive summary ready for review. We are looking for about 2 mil in funding to start us up, But we only need $500,000.
We have attached ourselves to a favorable company, POWER BRANDS,INC. Http://www.Powerbrands.us They developed formulas and manufactured products for Pepsi cola, Gatorade and Nestle. Power brands seems to think we have a very lucrative business and, we hope you will too. We have no financial paperwork as we are Pre-revenue and we have barely any credit...I hope that someone can help us. Together, we can make a lot of money.

The quest for venture capialists is not an easy one. I should like to talk to the person of whom you speak. I have invented a device for the creation of electricity for which I may require more funding. I also must be very careful as to whom I deal with. Hello I am in the real estate market not the typical one though. I find houses that either the homeowner or the property is in destress fix them up and typically rent or owner finance them out. I currently have a house under contract that is worth 110k based on the houses that have sold in that subdivision in the last 6 months that are comparable to this one. This house had water in it due to hurricane Ike it is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom brick home on a slab foundation in League City,TX. I also live in League City,Tx nice area. It will need 25k in repair and here's the cool part I have it under contract for 32k so you can see the profit there. I am looking for funding on this deal and in return I will offer a 10-12% return on the money and a deed to the property. If this interested you at all. I have many more deals and bigger ones that I can tell you about. One is a business that is already up and running but the owner broke his hip and has to go back to his home out of state this business at the price we can get it for is a 32cap rate. I am presenting The convexenator to you i fell so short of getting to manufacture that it seems like a joke but its not. Patented Registerd trademarked and LLCd take a look at it and tell me what you think,There is no other tool that can compare with it and the gear ratio is off the charts.Thanks Vince
