To invent an item to do a specific job, for me at least, is easy where the hard part comes in is finding financing for a business start-up. With the economy in a very low ebb we have a tendancy to believe there is no money for investment. This is not true. Persons that have money still eat the same still drive the same still spend the same, they just complain about the money they are not making. In short they do not know the meaning of resession in their own way of life. The point is it is no harder to get investment in hard times than it is in good times. It is just unbelievably hard to obtain at any time. Take for example: you have all the money you will ever need, you have the ability to obtain anything that can be bought, "Is it smart to risk part or all of this money on someone elses idea?" Why would you bother.
When I sold cars for a living I came to the realization that I never sold the whole car. One person would be buying the seats, another would be buying the power, another would be buying the looks, and or any other part of the vehicle, but no one ever bought the whole car.
I think although I am certainely no master that the only way to obtain financing is to not sell the product but rather to sell the investor on what his or her gain is from the investment.
If I am wrong in this thought I would certainely like you other members to correct me on this matter and along with your thought on this matter point me in the right direction.

Hello steve!
I agree with you on (where the hard part comes in is finding financing for a business start-up).

There is always some great opportunities even on a hard economic situation in real it's the right time to invest in new idea and new product.
