QUESTION ON BRUSHES

There are several different types of brushes for the eyes, lips, cheeks and for the face. Are there any brands that are better than others? If so, I like to hear from some of the professionals in the group? Also, I came across a brush called Kabuki - anyone familiar this product? My skin is very sensitive and I have to be careful on what I use.
