I am a licensed real estate agent in Indiana and I am affiliated with Mobile Realty LLC. We have offices in Gary and Hammond, IN and we are also Licensed to conduct business in Illinois. Our company handles all types of real estate sales but due to current market conditions, I mainly deal with forclosures, REO properties (Bank Owned), and i am sufficient with short sale deals. Our company has an established relationship with over 50 lending institutions that list many of their properties with us. We recieve the REO properties before they hit the market allowing me to market the properties before they're even listed. The market, in its current state, is a market for buyers. Property values are around the lowest they will get during this day and time. investors are usually who take advantage of these deals but i would like to let buyers looking to own know, they too can take advantage of these good deals. A good lead or refferral for me would be investors, people interested in rehabbing and reselling or leasing properties. My Investors looking to buy and resell are projected to make 20-25k ROI (Return on Investment) per rehabbed home within a 90 day period. I work to find the best deals available for my clients to make the projected ROI. I research the market and compare properties in the area daily to ensure that when i present my clients with deals, they are indeed the best. While Investors are my Primary market, i am not limited to just investors. I deal with home owners also. I just explain how there ROI is equity built into there home.
