Aging is not an illness. The anti aging pill pushing, and plastic surgery industry is just a hoax.
what works is belief in yourself, a wellness plan, clear goals regarding spiritual, physical, mental, social and emotional health, and do it.
I live it and I teach it.

What I would like to share is how I did not get to where I am by myself alone. Sure, I am the orchestra of my life; the one who is the director and all the instruments, but not always the arranger and programmer. I give honor to my creator first, then my parents who disciplined, taught and loved me. My ex-husband and lovers who helped me become independent because of their infidelities, I thank them too. My children who gave me the mighty title of "mother." All my friends who support, cajoled, inspired, and motivated me; and that includes all of you. I appreciate all your well wishes and warm greetings. Thank you for helping me to be who I am.
