Targeted Traffic for Your Business is essential

Getting Targeted Traffic for Your Business is essential.

Traffic Exchanges drive targeted traffic to your affiliate sites, blogs, main business or your business and social networking sites.

There's pros and cons to this approach. How to do promotion with traffic exchanges without wasting your time or money requires a bit of research. Which are the best? Is it worthwhile to join new or smaller TE? Do AutoSurf sites increase my page ranking? What's the best way of tracking your visitors and response from traffic exchanges?

These and more will be discussed.
New to traffic exchanges? Ask questions.
Have a TE that has brought you customers, sign ups for your affiliate sites? Let us know about it.

Thanks for visiting and Welcome!

I wrote up an article about Traffic Exchanges after reading what is on Wikipedia (there's a claim of bias to the entry). I started out with definitions but also added references here to specific ex...

Hi River, Max and Peggy!

Thanks so much for joining my group

As Max was pointing out, there are many ways to to get the most out of using traffic exchanges. But I disagree with Max on one point. For the individual surfer, you don't need a "large downline" at the TE to maximize your efforts.

You're there surfing to promote your site and TE are designed just for that purpose. Many online marketers go on to promote the aff link of their TE and start building a following and over time you can get xtra credits and a little xtra cash from their upgrades.

Many of the traffic exchanges also have a promotional tool that is a downline line builder. I'll discuss this in the next day or so...

Yes, surf where the credit ratios are 1:1 ...but when there is a TE with a huge membership base? then surfing at 2:1 or even 3:1 is well worth it just to be seen and especially if you only promote one or two urls and use the xtra credits for your BANNER promotions and text links.

happy surfing

Hi SRR,

Glad to see you here.

Like most free traffic sources, TE traffic promotion takes a lot of work and focus to get your business going.

Here are a few simple rules that I follow:

To make it with TE promotion:

You need to get the best credit ratios for you time

You need to build large down lines to maximize your efforts

You need to use Splash Pages or Capture pages to get attention

You need to concentrate your promotion and not promote too many URLs

I love Traffic Exchanges and as I haven't yet learned how to reap the vast rewards they offer, I would like to. I used to belong to over twenty and would just click and click until I couldn't see. I have pared that list down to a few really good ones and am still looking to refine my list even further.
I realized that I could click just as much and get more clicks in two or three really good exchanges, rather than spread myself so thin.
I use Adlandpro and Webizinsider as two of my favorites. I also use Click Voyager because they have a lot of great bonuses that keep me interested along the way. I think the ones that get the high ratings just have a better advertizing campaign. I tried all the ones that were said to be the best and didn't see the Wow.
That's my input today.
Wishing us all unlimited success in our clicking.
