What is your biggest challenge in building your business?

My biggest challenge lately has been cash flow - it's taking longer, and is much more difficult to get clients to pay on time. I've never had to be so involved in collections. As a sole entrepreneur, it's been challenging.

Also, I'm not getting as many 'new' clients or prospects. I'm hoping some of that will ease up as the economy improves. Even networking hasn't yielded much in the way of new prospects.

I'm sure this is something everyone is experiencing right now. I'd love to hear your thoughts and challenges, too. :)

Thanks Jeannine, in this hard economic times , cashflow can be a geat challenge ! but have you tried our autoresponder yet to build an alternative stream for cashflow? its been the concept of my focus for a while with amazing result. Here to help!
