We had a great call last Wednesday. Here’s what some of the attendees had to say:

“I enjoyed joining your seminar yesterday. The part I thought was the most powerful and effective was when you were giving people answers to their questions and challenges. You have a lot of valuable experience to share.”

Nina

“The call was very beneficial and some of the ideas discussed during the call, I have begun implementing. For example, dressing professionally, and I can honestly say that it makes me feel better, energized and also helps me to "smile" when speaking with my clients/prospects on the phone. Amazing!

Also, marketing 6 to 8 hours per week was something that I initially did, but got away from. I am very excited to begin doing that again and seeing the outcome. I am very inspired and am glad that this call is monthly because it allows me to incorporate the ideas one at a time, measure the results and not become overwhelmed with starting too many new things at once. The information about Twitter and local networking was very useful, and it was great to see how seasoned VA’s are marketing and networking.”

You can take a test-drive, too. Check out our 2-month trial program, here: http://vabizcoach.com/free-test-drive.html

In February we’ll be having an in-depth interview with Candy Beauchamps of OffAssist (www.OffAssist.com) who will share her expertise on Niches – why you want and need one, and if you have one, how to get deeper into that niche to grow your business, and much more.

You’ll also get a chance to ask me and Candy any question about your business, and niches. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, February 18, 2009 beginning at 7:00 p.m. EASTERN.

You also get a CD of the session and a transcript – so you can check back anytime you need a refresher. Hope you can join us!

Coming in March, we’ll be speaking with Katie Baird of Loose Ends (www.LooseEnds.net) who will share insights on what we need to have on a VA website, how often we should update and overhaul our sites, and what can we do to improve our rankings at the search engines.

Sign-up (http://vabizcoach.com/free-test-drive.html) for your 2-month trial today and you’ll also hear Katie’s presentation and get another opportunity to ask those burning questions. And yes, you’ll get all the other bonus items mentioned above.

Hi all, my name is Sharron Northcott and in the middle of 2008 I began operating as a VA. Like many of you I decided to take 'the plunge' so I could be home for children before and after school etc.

I look forward to mingling :)

Sheila Gazlay Comment by Sheila Gazlay on December 24, 2008 at 3:43pm
Hi, my name is Sheila and up to this point have been sort of an unofficial VA and will be kicking it off officially in 2009. I'm getting my thoughts together now about what services I will offer and how to market locally but always love to find new ideas.

Hi, Lipshay - if you have tools of value to small or home-based businesses that you could share at no cost please feel free to share them.

For others, members are welcome to check them out on your page.

Thanks so much! ;)

Yes, I'm looking forward to meeting so many in the flesh too Jeannine, it's going to be quite exciting.

Re OIVAC - I've been involved with it for the past 3 years I think it is, and it has been very worthwhile.
