First, decide what services you want to offer. If there is a service that is needed by all businesses and you are great at it, then that is a start. Remember you do not have to do it all. You muse determine what you want to do. Then do a search on the web for virtual assistants websites. Check the going fees. These two suggestions will get your brain in gear. I would next put together some of my smart business friends and brain storm together. You will need to pool all the information together and then you decide what pieces to use in your business.
