Hello Adolfo, I have a great land deal that is up for sale. This is a commercial land property ready to be built on located in Kingston Georgia. The value of the property is 10.2 million, but the seller is willing to let it go for half the price 5.2 million. Also, if the buyer has only a percentage of the money to put down, the rest can be put into a Promissory Note! Great Deal. Get back to me soon!
