I toured with recording groups (keys/vocals)from the late 60s thru the late 80s and a good friend, Louie Shelton (phenomenal guitarist) lives in your area. We're a different generation than you, I traveled with the Deltones, Marketts, Ricky and the Redstreaks, while Louie played on a number of major productions over the decades. You might be familiar with the solo on Lionel Richie's "Hello, Is it Me You're Looking For" or anything ever recorded by the "Monkees"...Louie played all the traks as well as everything guitar-wise on Boz Skagg's "Silk Degrees" album. I believe he has a studio in Sydney and I'll probably see him in a few months or so...he has kids in California....I'll mention you when I see him.
