I graduated college with a BS in Microbiology and Chemistry. I immediately took a part time job in Dallas with a staffing firm. From there, I took a full time job in Austin with the same company working on-site at Apple Computer. I loved Apple so much that I decided to stay there for 5 years+. I was a little bummed that I wasn't utilizing my degree, but I was making good money. Then along came my first child. He rocked my world to the point that I couldn't muster the will to leave him and return to work. So they offered me a part time job working from home. How could I refuse? I also took on a full time job of watching another newborn. Call me crazy... and I was!! After a year of being pulled in a hundred different ways, I decided it was time to quit everything but my family. Then along came my 2nd child. With this wonderful gift of another boy, I also received some baby products from a company I'd never heard of--- Arbonne. I used them for a year, never asked any questions about them, never saw them in a retail store, only knew they were healthy products for me to be using on my baby.

A couple of years later, a friend of mine introduced me to the entire company of Arbonne. I couldn't believe they did more than just baby care!! I started my own business under the Arbonne International umbrella. If you would have asked me a few years ago about selling makeup, I would have laughed in your face! However, I've found Arbonne to be so much more than makeup. Above all of the amazing products that help with eczema, scars from cancer surgeries, heart issues, keratosis, lip issues, leg veins, acne, the aging process, skin conditions, rosacea, etc, Arbonne also teaches me to develop myself in ways I never knew were possible.

I love for people to join my business for many different reasons... not just because they want to make some money, not just because they like to sell, not just because they love hosting parties, but also because they want to help people and help themselves.

The products I support and sell are botanically based (no chemical dyes or fragrances), 100% vegan (they are human panel tested, and there is no use of any animal product or byproduct in their formulation), they contain no mineral oil (no petrolatum or petroleum), they are dermatologist and pediatrician tested/approved, they are hypoallergenic, and pH correct (not just pH balanced, but correct- so they won't destroy the acid mantle on your skin- the body's first line of immune defense).

I could go on and on about the products and the company. I feel like this is the perfect job for me and love being able to study up and keep learning after receiving my BS in Microbiology and Chemistry.
