Over the past few years I've continued to gain more weight which made me feel tired, winded, with a significant lack of energy. I heard about this program that balances proteins and carbs and decided to take a look at it because after all, what did I have to loose but pounds. After trying many different diets I thought I did not have any self control…I’d eat. I’ve found something that balances my body’s blood sugars and now I realize how much my blood sugar levels affected my appetite. So, the fact that I’ve even lasted thing long tells you I’m not suffering at all doing this.
In 2 months I've loss 20 lbs and my energy level has skyrocketed. I am now able to walk 2 miles or more without feeling winded or short of breath. My confidence level has increased and I am beginning to fit in smaller clothes. It's difficult to contain my excitement with my weight loss and increased energy level but enough about me for now.
