Howdy!!
I spent the last 7 days studying and Tony Robbins "Get The Edge".
It's my second time through the tapes. This time I intergrated the information and formulated my intentions, actions and actually did all the exercises. I'm winning the game this year. It's my year. Economic slow down, bring it on....more people whose lives I can help change.
There's no crying in baseball; there's no try, just do.

A 7.5 Week Detox.....
I survived 7.5 weeks of raw foods. Wow!!
Now I'm just balancing everything and eating what I want. I thought I could go for 90 days, but I a to my Send Out Cards Convention in SLC, Utah, a few weeks ago and was overwhelmed. I usually control my environment, but looking at all the bread and butter and fun desserts, it was over. LOL.
I think, going forward that I can have a few raw meals a week, maybe even a 'raw' day. The rest will be balanced with good foods, fun times and what ever I choose.… Continue

Don't get fresh with me.....
I hope that's a funny title. I'm in my 4th week eating only raw foods.
It's been incredible. Now, you must know that I was a vegetarian (including macrobiotic and vegan) 17 years. And for a combination of reasons, I stopped in August 2004. So, my body has been happy with my new eating habits.
So, what do I eat????
Breakfast, some tea and fruit
Lunch, salad or a mixed vegetable dish - the Veggie Magic deli near me makes some awesome meals
Dinner, maybe vegetable juice or salad or veggie meal.… Continue

Do you spend a lot of time on social networks such as this one but can't seem to get the effort you expend to translate into targeted traffic hitting your website, affiliate or business opportunity links?

Sometimes all a person needs to succeed online is a tough minded coach who has been around the block a few times who's willing to take the time to teach them the ropes and to kick them in the butt when they need it.
Make no mistake either. I'm the man with the size 13's who can help you turn your online business around. I have been in the business full time now for over a decade so I know some things about making money online that you probably don't.
Take for instance the fact that I received close to a half million page views on just one of my websites last year and I didn't pay for even a single click to make that happen.
You need traffic to your site? It's available if you have the guts to go out and look for it.
